In this document, the word “lottoriddle”, “lottoriddles”, “Lottoriddle”, and “Lottoriddles” is referred to as all riddles on our site including but not limited to "Lottoriddles", "The Tinies", "Laudio riddles", "the Lotto-Skits", "The SAFES", "The Dispersed Word", "THE END GAME", and etcetera. The word "our" and "ours" refers to the possession of Lottorridles LLC.

This is not a gambling site. Purchasing a Lottoriddle is legally entering into a contest that requires "skill" and not "chance". Lottoriddles LLC is for ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY. Any monetary reward other than winning the contest, i.e. sweepstakes/giveaways, is for promotional purposes only.
At this time, we only offer monetary rewards via MoneyGram, Western Union, and preferably Paypal (NO CASH APP). Sender protection is important to us. This can be subject to change in the future, as it can be very limiting for our customers. Consolation prizes are given at OUR discretion and are not guaranteed to the customer.
We have giveaways for promotional and entertainment purposes only. No one is guaranteed a giveaway. It is at our discretion at all times.
WARNING: Due to the nature of the contest, there are NO REFUNDS. However, there can be"Extenuating Circumstances" that could warrant a fair refund.***
We receive answers from the “order notes” and "email with an order number". You may insert as many answers as respective to the number of riddle attempt purchases, i.e. five answers if you purchased a quantity of five. In the event that more answers are provided than quantity purchase, we reserve the right to take the first answers, i.e. if three answers are given with a quantity purchase of only two, we will only consider the “FIRST” two answers. This prevents tedious and time-consuming back-and-forth communication between us and our many customers. Please note that Lottoriddles LLC uses Pacific Standard Time and times respective to it. *Warning: ALL ANSWERS ARE FINAL. YOU CANNOT CHANGE YOUR ANSWERS AFTER PURCHASE.
The PRIORITY of multiple answers considered is Left to Right and then Top to Bottom. You may use one or the other, or both. Think of the English sentence structure. When answers are left to right, commas are (for the most part) recognized as separate answers. Think of placing online tags.
“BE SPECIFIC” with your answers. For example, If you put “Toys” and the correct answer is “Toys R Us, " your answer is incorrect. How correct your answer is from our chosen answer is at OUR discretion. *If your answer is a phrase or multi-worded, please put it in brackets or quotations. i.e. [Walking a mile in his shoes] ~1 answer.
The first correct answer ends the Lottoriddle. We may retire the Lottoriddle at any time we choose. We reserve the right to disqualify anyone for any reason at any time. Especially if we feel an answer is leaked or not "skillfully" obtained.
Lottoriddles LLC respects the first winner. However, it’s up to Lottoriddles LLC to determine how to reward the remaining winners at our discretion. We may give the following winners the full amount, we may split a certain amount of the winnings, issue a refund, or other solutions that may seem appropriate. This is also to protect the company from leaks we may not be aware of, having to pay more than we can handle in winnings and other potential or unforeseen problems that may arise.
When retiring a riddle, your order is still valid if you have already made your purchase. You have an opportunity to win. Here at Lottoriddles LLC, there can be many winners.
Cheating is judged at Lottoriddle LLC's discretion and terminates the contest. We reserve the right to keep the funds used to purchase the riddle under this circumstance. It's only at our courtesy to refund a cheater's money. It's worth noting that Lottoriddles LLC is not authoritarian. We judge ourselves as lenient and for the customer. We are here to make our patrons happy and give them a wonderful, memorable experience that will keep them coming back. As with all cases, though, we must still protect ourselves, our company, and our brand.
We would like to be as transparent as possible. When the first contestant answers the riddle correctly, our protocol is to immediately retire the riddle, and we take note as to the EXACT time they purchased it. ANY purchasers after the first winner aren't guaranteed prize money but ARE guaranteed a refund at the bare minimum. This is structured so that the customer doesn't lose money for purchasing after the winner wins. In the best-case scenario, all winners win the full amount.
If a certain quantity is purchased, we reserve the right to keep all funds even if an earlier answer is correct. For example, if you purchase a quantity of five and your second answer is correct, we retain the right to keep the funds for all five (they are still considered "attempts"). Every purchase attempt is considered "fair game", so only purchase the amount you're comfortable with. (This way makes things easier on our part so that we can keep exchanges to a minimum and maintain a healthy and consistent workflow). NOTE: multiple attempts of the same answer DOES NOT mean multiple winnings. In example; three answers that are the same and correct does not mean three times the winnings. Please refrain from submitting the same answer more than once.
Please wait patiently as there are numerous purchases to respond to. If a Lottoriddle is not attempted to be solved within 24 hours of its purchase (meaning, no answer in the order notes, no emailed answer/s, or no phone-in answers if available), we reserve the right to refuse your answer after the 24 hours and keep the funds. This is to prevent customers from waiting too long to answer a riddle which leads to further problems i.e. wanting a refund after a retired riddle that they did not answer in time. Lottoriddles LLC is set up for customers to conveniently read, hear, watch, etcetera the riddles before attempting to answer.
(Reminder) We reserve the right to retire a Lottoriddle at any time, with or without reason. Even if the riddle is solved, if we suspect that there may have been cheating involved, we reserve the right to cancel the riddle and refrain from issuing monetary rewards until an investigation is complete. We also reserve the right to keep funds used to purchase the riddle attempts from PROVEN cheaters. Suspected cheaters and/or in relation to (aiding) the cheating that has NOT been proven, will be issued a refund. What we consider cheating is at OUR discretion.
We reserve the right to refuse service. Disrespect will NOT be tolerated. Unruly, bad-mannered customers, etc., will be refused service. We are very professional here at Lottoriddles LLC, and we expect our customers respectful; as we are to them.
Engaging in any data mining, data harvesting, data extracting, or any other similar activity in relation to this WEBSITE, or while using this WEBSITE is strictly prohibited. You also cannot attempt to decompile or reverse engineer anything contained in or on our website.
Absolutely no cheating.
You cannot use this website in a way that is or may be damaging, harmful, or takes advantage of our WEBSITE and its resources including Lottoriddles. You cannot remove our copyright claim. You cannot modify or copy our material. You cannot use our material for any public display (commercial or non-commercial). You cannot sell, sublicense and/or commercialize any of our WEBSITE material.
You must abide by your state or country’s local laws. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions, and may be terminated by this WEBSITE at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether in electronic or printed format. You are granted a limited license only, subject to the restrictions provided in these Terms, for purposes of viewing and printing the material contained on this WEBSITE.
